These terms apply to the MySneakerCollection iOS app ("MSC", the "app"). By creating an account or using the app you agree to them. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Apple EULA", https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/) also applies; where these terms say more, these terms apply between you and us.

1. The service

MSC lets you catalogue a sneaker collection, track wear and outfits, see estimated market values, connect with friends, and identify pairs from photos or descriptions using AI features. Market values and AI identifications are estimates produced from third-party catalog data and AI models; they can be wrong, and they are not financial advice or a guarantee of authenticity, value or availability.

2. Your account

You need an account with a valid email address. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age in your country). You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

3. Free and MSC Plus

The free plan includes up to 50 saved pairs, catalog search, manual adding and style-code scanning. MSC Plus is an auto-renewable subscription bought through the App Store that removes the saved-pair limit and includes monthly allowances of AI features (currently 100 descriptions and 20 photo lookups per month, with a fair-use limit per minute and per day). Allowances reset monthly; a free trial and the month it ends in share one allowance; converting from a trial, restoring purchases or switching between monthly and yearly does not reset an allowance.

Price, length and any free trial are shown on the paywall before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel it in your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple. When MSC Plus ends, every pair you saved stays; you can view, edit and delete them, and new additions are limited again by the free plan.

Complimentary access may be granted to beta testers at our discretion, for a stated period, without purchase; it can end without notice.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the app to infringe anyone's rights, upload unlawful content, scrape or overload the service, or interfere with other members. We may suspend accounts that do.

5. Your content

You keep the rights to what you add (photos, notes, collection data). You give us the permission needed to store, display and process it to run the service, including sending photos and descriptions to our AI and catalog providers for identification, as described in the Privacy Policy. If your collection is public, other members can see it, without your purchase prices, spend, profit or purchase dates.

6. Third-party data

Catalog data, images and market prices come from third parties and may be incomplete, delayed or wrong. Brand and marketplace names and images belong to their owners.

7. Availability and changes

We may change, limit or discontinue features, including AI allowances, and we may set fair-use limits to control cost. We will give reasonable notice of material changes to paid features.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we exclude warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for losses arising from reliance on estimates or identifications. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Termination

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend access for breach of these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
